Flu Shots to be given by HyVee, 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, at the Federation, First Floor Conference Room.  

Please have your insurance or Medicare information available for billing.  For those without insurance coverage, the cash price for the Flu Shot  is  $ 21.99 for low dose or $ 49.99 for high dose (recommended for age 65+).
